I get hundreds of emails a day, so I had all these ones from Cemper in a box. Just ploughing through them now. I read some heavy none fiction books, and this beats anything. This is easy to understand in comparison. I get the good neighbourhood concept right away. This Christopher Cemper is promoted into my top ten cool people on the net.

Thanks for the article. This is the clearest and most detailed explanation I have seen on “citation building”. Everyone talks about inbound link quality and rank but no one talks much about the neighborhood concept. Most recently I had a prospect in my office who was in the insurance business. He was spending big bucks with an SEO company and was looking to redesign his web site. After runing some SEOMoz reports I found what terrible unrelated places the SEO company placed his site. For example cosmetic surgery. Give me a break.

Hey Christoph, I really love your post, and knowlege about link building. Not enough people talk about the importance of building trust and continue to target high “pr” pages. You have really offered some great advice to people that do not have the understanding about how algorithms work past 2004.

@frank – while I can’t give detailled advice here the phrase “LinkMachine and a XML sitemapgenerater pluged into it” sounds VERY VERY scary to me.

I’m not sure where I am in the 1,2,3,4,A,B,C diagram. At first I thought you were I have to be linked to on some good site along with other good sites, which seems difficult to arrange, but at the end, it seems that I should put links on my site to a collection of good sites. I suppose all and any of that is good. Will affiliate lnks have value. E.g. I make myself affiliate to some similar but old-time top class sites, and put one page pitch and link to them and the same to me on another domain of mine, not on the same server?

I love the training You are providing to me, I’ve never had so much interest in a topic befor. I admit it’s hard for me to follow but if I know myself the way I think I do, at some point in time all this info will hit me like a ton of bricks and the feeling of breaking through a cement wall will come upon me,so keep sending Your training please.
Now! First thing I want to clirify with You, is that my site hosted under the FrankAndMarivicPaul.com is actualy,” a PluginProfit franchise ” is the way I describe it. This site has a LinkMachine and a XML sitemapgenerater pluged into it and I also receive a bunch of prewriten articles that are posted every month related to Home Business Issues which I’m sure SEO’s are linking my site to other Home Business Sites.
Now here’s the thing, although I’m sure the SEO’s are doing a great job at that, I can omly trust them at this point because not only do I not know, or have a clear picture of how this works yet, I lack time to keep an I on it. There’s also the idea that I don’t want my site to be linked only to Home Business pages but by writing articles such as(Online Businesses Build Online Communities) a topic of people pulling together to promote a better lifestyle for one an other as well as a better financial futur,I’m hoping to rank in Online Cummunity pages. This is only one of the examples I write to You about There are others, such as a title like (No Man Is an Island) where the topic is directed more towards trusting the right people to guide you in the right path for those who have dificulty trusting others and never acheiving their goals because of this lack of trust. This also I’m hoping to Rank in “I guess” either Selfhelp or aswell as Community pages. These subjects are important to me because they speak of personal issues for me. Now my Question is Will this work for me? and if not what would You suggest ? This isn’t just about making money for me “although I will take what I get from this” but it’s about taking the traumatic experiences of my life and making a change of direction in order to actualy help others find this new and exciting path I have taken to improve their lives as well. This is my goal this is my dream!
