Internet Marketing Novice (m/f)
for Internet Marketing Agency

To join our growing team and help improve and expand the company’s offering in link building services and other premium services in the field of search engine optimization and internet marketing services.

We are seeking a seasoned professional who is used to committing to deadline, high quality results for clients and management and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced but relaxed environment – be ready to work hard, but enjoy yourself in the process.
You should have experience and be willing to work in an inhouse job related to online database research and data capturing. This is not a “typical” sales or marketing job.

The ideal candidate will have work experience in an online marketing team related to search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) and/or affiliate marketing.

Because of the nature of our business, strong communication and typing skills are an absolute requirement. You will be working closely in a flat hierarchy within our small team.
The ability to understand and make yourself understood in both written and spoken mediums in English is crucial to this position.
Additionally, you should be comfortable with a fast paced, small team environment – the ability to take ownership of and pride in your work is crucial for success.

The successful candidate must possess an inherent motivation, endurance, ability and will to make a difference.

This position is on-site in Wien 22,

Contract: Fulltime

Location: Wien 22, Austria

As a part of the Marketing  team, this new position will include:

• Performing internet researches for suitable websites and partners
• Working and promoting in online discussion forums
• Creation of web-site content for our clients as well as internal projects
• Organizing of content development flow from demand to specification, research, purchase, production and placement
• Editorial creation and online publishing of articles
• Administrative assistance to the General Manager

The following core skills are sought:

• TOP English (native speakers from the UK or US preferred), Fluent in writing and speaking
• TOP German, Fluent in writing and speaking
• Good research skills
• Endurance
• Precision
• Basic Experience HTML & CSS
• Inherent motivation to learn and excel in various sales, marketing and financial processes
• A “Can Do” attitude

This role does not involve management responsibilities, but in this specialist research position
we expect you to take full responsibility for your own commitments and deadlines.

The following skills qualify an ‘exceptional’ candidate:

• Experience in sales processes like tender preparation
• Experience in financial processes like invoicing
• Experience in online marketing processes like keyword research, PPC bookings, link research, trades and purchases
• Experience with online discussion boards and blog systems like WordPress, Blogger, etc.
• Experience with social media platforms – as a user or a marketer?

Your Salary:

Salary depends on experience but is highly competitive.
This position includes 5 weeks of paid vacation, 14 salaries a year (2 of them with tax benefits!) and all other Austrian social and health insurance features of an employee contract.
