A presell page is an article, relevant to your industry and niche that is hosted on a trusted authority site. A link to your website is embedded in the content and this subpage gets link often afterwards on prominent places.
Presell Pages are placed on well-established and very often old websites. In difference to very simple links which are placed somewhere in the navigation, there’s a good possibility that well-made presell pages won’t get recognized by Google as a bought link.
Since 2012 Google searches massively for link buyers and devalue sites with obvious bought links with the help of their Google Penguin updates.
The Method of presell pages was used by too many people too obvious in SEO. The problem is not the page which is built for a customer, but more the fact that many hundreds of clients bought a presell page on one domain.
In recent years huge link networks have been “cultivated” just for the sale of links. Domains in such a link networks are not proven or trustworthy which you can verify with the help of our LinkResearchTools.
